All Balon orders are made to measure. Standard delivery is 3–4 weeks, but please allow 4–6 weeks during peak times.
Can items go out of stock?
No. With our made-to-order process, we never run out of stock or sizes.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Check our Returns Policy to see if your order qualifies.
Do you only do football kits?
No. We supply all sports and industries.

Do I need to provide artwork?
Yes, we’ll need your crest or logo. DST (embroidery) files are best, but Illustrator, vector, or high-resolution JPEGs also work. Set-up is always FREE at Balon.
